In addition to the numerous volunteer opportunities that keep the AYBA programs running each year, several volunteer opportunities are available for those who would like to help make the new Fields of Dreams possible.
In-kind Support - If you or your business can provide in-kind labor and/or materials for any portion of the project, we welcome your assistance! Please contact any AYBA Board Member or A-G School superintendent, Craig Pease.
Event Planning - At least one community-wide event is planned around the time of Stir-Up Days, to help us raise funds for the project. If you enjoy planning and hosting events, this opportunity is for you! Please contact Nicole Chudomelka at 944-3970 or Nancy Maack at 944-2570 to find out how can you assist.
Donor Tile Orders - To offer community members an affordable way to leave a lasting tribute to a child, grandchild or loved one, orders will be taken for engraveable baseball and softball shaped donor tiles. When the complex is complete, the donor wall be installed near the new concession area. If you can help spread the word and take orders for donor tiles, contact Bob or Pat Crisler at 944-2174
Mailings - Quick and fun, achievable in one afternoon or evening, AYBA is planning several fund raising mailings for the next few years. You can help us maintain the donor database, prepare the letters and envelopes, put on mailing labels, etc. If you are interested in this opportunity to help, please contact Pat or Bob Crisler at 944-2174.
